Clients must ensure access to relevant devices, systems, and premises during scheduled service times. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.

4. Warranty and Liability

Prodigies provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent resolution of all issues. We are not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or third-party service disruptions.

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business data shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
